If so, our Enquiry Offices deal with 12,300 visitors and 2600 on-line enquiries per month.  As a first point of contact for members of the public your role will include:

•    Supporting victims and witnesses of crime
•    Managing conflict and helping vulnerable members of the public
•    Supporting local policing and the criminal justice system

This role is 14.8 hrs working Monday and Tuesday 10:00am – 18:00pm

What do you need?

•    Excellent communications skills
•    NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services or equivalent experience
•    Experience with Microsoft Office
•    Ability to travel and work at police stations across the force area
