Are you passionate about attention to detail ensuring high quality and standards are met with compilation of documents and files within agreed timescales?

As a Case Manager you will manage, support and assist a small team overseeing the preparation and review the case files for the Crown Prosecution Service. You will assist in delivering outstanding services to victims, witnesses, perpetrators and partners involved in the criminal justice system.

In this role your main duties will be:

  • Managing the case progression of evidential files through the criminal justice system
  • Supervise and manage a small team of staff including monitoring performance
  • Responsible for liaison with partner agencies in relation to prosecutions ensuring requests receive prompt attention
  • Receiving and responding to internal and external enquiries
  • To supervise, support and guide colleagues in relation to dealing with enquiries

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

  • You will need to be computer literate
  • Experience of supervising and managing staff
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential
  • Experience of researching and report writing and working to legislation, policy and procedure

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 3 year ‘checkable history’ in the UK – ideally this means that you would have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
