Do you have good organisational and administration skills?

Are you able to organise your own workload and prioritise tasks?

This is an opportunity for you to provide additional capacity to the Rewards and Recognition through administrative support.

We are looking for a volunteer who can offer 5 to 10 hours per week

In this role you will be supporting a wide range of administrative tasks including:

  • Assisting with reward and recognition events including hospitality.
  • Monitoring the mailbox and actioning emails, writing letters, creating certificates.
  • Collating and recording information on excel spreadsheets.

Skills required

  • IT skills - experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to compose letters using information provided

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or over to be able to apply

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have a 3 year ‘checkable history’ in the UK – ideally this means that you would have been resident in the UK for the last 3 years.
