Your delivery of high quality products and services will drive improvement activity achieving the critical success factors required for outstanding policing. A typical work package may, for example, involve reviewing topics as varied as Victim Satisfaction, Workforce Representation, Hate Crime, Responding to Calls for Service, Summer Demand Management, Personal Development Planning, Neighbourhood Crime, and Domestic Abuse, to name but a few.

If you want to go home challenged and satisfied every day, working for an organisation that has a clear vision in providing outstanding policing for everyone, you won’t want to miss this opportunity.
